TASTING NOTE:
"This gin presents a slight coastal seaside nose, which is confirmed on the palate. It features a sweet yet savoury edge, with a prickly and a very dry finish. The light herbaceous note on the nose travels through to well-defined woody and earthy flavours, balanced by the higher ABV. It has a pleasing soft aroma, plenty of body, and a gently bitter tannin quality, reminiscent of tea, with a great long aftertaste."
