"This gin presents a light nose of spirit, featuring hints of baked pears and sweet fleshy apple notes. On the palate, orchard fruits, particularly pear, dominate, complemented by cinnamon and icing sugar, leading to a finish of pear drops. Additionally, grape and eau de vie notes emerge alongside freshly cut grass, creating a woody, astringent, yet balanced palate."
