"This gin features an elegant, perfumed floral aroma with a sweet yet spicy heat, which softens with water, revealing juniper, citrus, and floral tones with a lingering finish. The dry nose presents piney juniper and savory coriander, while the palate offers a mix of sweet and tart citral notes, dusty pine, savory spices, and a rich, bitter edge. Despite its high ABV, which delivers a warm, prickly mouthfeel, the muted nose belies a punchy palate with fiery ginger, saline, and citrus notes, complemented by cherry florals, chamomile tea, and orange blossom, creating a well-balanced yet challenging profile."
