TASTING NOTE:
"This gin presents a complex profile with a citrus and coconut aroma. The taste starts sweet, shifting to tart citrus and unfolds into herbal notes of coriander, ending with a subtle heat. Yuzu dominates the palate, overshadowing the more subdued juniper. The nose is softly sweet, while the palate is refreshingly herbal and spicy, with a slightly bitter finish. The yuzu's presence is strong throughout, complemented by a gentle floral note, resulting in a well-balanced, refreshing drink with a pronounced yuzu aftertaste."
