It has a warming, citral, and peppery nose with notes of bitter lemon, sweet orange, and nutty coriander seed. The palate presents a bitter juniper and earthy coriander profile, with bittersweet citrus peel. Despite its ABV, it has a warm, smooth mouthfeel, with a lingering bitter citrus and coriander finish."
