"This gin features a good herbal and resinous nature, balanced with depth. The nose reveals fennel and green herb notes, complemented by star anise. There are some bitter tones alongside numbing hints of Szechuan peppercorns. While the length is medium and fades, it is likely better suited as a cocktail mixer."
