Quite restrained on the nose, with some spice and dried lemon peel aromas. Much more characterful on the palate – unctuous and mouthfilling at first, with a savoury element alongside some juicy acidity, some pleasant heat, subtle berry sweetness, and a gentle bitter finish. Complex, versatile, and would no doubt evolve in a martini.
