"Surprisingly gentle on the nose with bold notes of citrus and juniper and a hint of caramel sweetness. On the palate the alcohol is very prominent, but doesn't obscure a good complexity of flavour. The citrus comes through, followed by spice, finishing on full juniper. Fantastic gin."
