TASTING NOTE:
"The gin presents a forward nose of stroopwafel, cacao nibs, and hints of grape, complemented by quince and herbaceous nettle. On the palate, it offers a light mouthfeel with pine hints, warming chocolate, and a touch of cascara bark, finishing with nettle. However, it lacks botanical intensity, showing berry tartness and oily juniper, with an odd grape spirit note and subtle rosehip."
