"This gin presents a very fresh and bright nose, characterized by a clear rice base reminiscent of sake, complemented by a subtle mix of botanicals. On the palate, it offers clean, complex flavors that mellow into a lovely finish. While there are no pronounced juniper notes, the taste is interestingly spicy, with lingering hints of anise seed and a notable heat, even at 47% ABV."
