"This gin presents a funky nose with earthy, farmyard aromas and hints of herbs and juniper, alongside a damp, stewed note. The palate, however, showcases a classic gin character with a good level of sweetness and warming spices, though it feels slightly disjointed from the nose. The finish is restrained, featuring light juniper oil and a chewy woody note that adds depth."
