"This gin presents a young sage and brushwood nose, complemented by bitter lemon pith and sweet citrus aromas. The palate reveals herbal floral notes, with eucalyptus and peppery pine dominating, leading to a soft, dry finish that dissipates quickly. There are pleasant sweet oregano hints and whilst the overall mouthfeel is slightly thin, it concludes with a savory boozy finish."
