"This gin presents a floral nose complemented by oily juniper and hints of crystallised lemon. The palate is soft and perfumed, featuring notes of watermelon and light fleshy melon, alongside a touch of cassia spice. While there is a slight sweetness reminiscent of watermelon confectionery, the finish is warm and somewhat one-dimensional, with a quick heat."
