TASTING NOTE:
"This gin features a yeasty, newmake scent with intense floral and perfumed cubeb peppercorn on the nose. The palate is dominated by strong green juniper, cardamom, and a smoky, soapy violet taste, while the finish is short and mild. The cool shochu base is prominent. Additional flavors include musky dragon fruit and zesty citrus, with a possibility of herbal dill notes."
