"This gin presents a white gin aroma, reminiscent of a fruity Pinot Grigio, with peach, pineapple, and tropical scents. The palate experiences green apples, pears, and elderflower, evoking 'um bongo' tropical juice. It has a yeasty, almost whisky newmake quality, with banana, pineapple, and a hint of cherry. Herbaceous and spicy, it finishes with a dry roughness, despite a resurgence of fruity banana, and offers lush raspberry and vanilla flavors, ending with a defined summer fruit finish."
