"Modest orris and floral notes on the nose, before biscuity coriander and gentle, sweet citrus. The palate is delicate and has a sweet, powdery earthiness - orris and liquorice - and a pleasant mouthfeel. The finish has lots of soft baking spice. Restrained, but not boring. Would be nice in a Martini.
