TASTING NOTE:
"This gin features a soft, fruity aroma with sherbety citrus and juniper. The taste mirrors the nose with acidic citrus, sherbet, and a hint of bitter juniper. A warm, prickly mouthfeel persists, ending with an orange sherbet finish. Stewed fruits and spiced cooked apple dominate the palate, complemented by soft brown sugar and a long, spiced finish. The light rose gold/pink drink has a perfume-like scent but could benefit from added sweetness."
