"Complex, inviting nose of liquorice with aromas of caraway, anise, fennel, chalkiness, and a dash of vanilla. An intense, full-bodied gin - possibly a little too much liquorice - with notes of lavender, a burst of sweetness, and fruitiness. It's on the cusp of being too much, but toes that line perfectly. The finish is sweet, spicy, and herbal, before a lingering note of liquorice.
